*UPDATE* I did end up coming back again, we tried again the Pear Danish, Apple Danish and a BLT Sandwich. Both of the danishes were amazing. 10/10. The BLT sandwich was good after we heated the bread a bit. Hard to eat when the bread isn't warm as it's quite dense. We would definitely return for the danishes! Overall Rating: 4/5 (7.5/10) Recently wanted some pastries while in Seattle and heard of this spot! Walking in it was a small quaint cafe with only a few tables, which was fine. We were intending to leave with our product anyway! Large selection of Macarons, danishes, croissants, cookies, and more. We selected a strawberry pistachio cake slice, a chocolate covered Madeline, a honey pecan scones, and a pear Danish. I will say it felt a little rushed getting through the line, but it was 9am and they were busy. It just made it hard to get a good look at everything, if we had more time I think we would have chosen different or more options. We got to the car and opened the strawberry pistachio slice, it was good, however way too sweet for my liking, unfortunately couldn't finish it. The Madeline was good! But a bit more dense than we were use to. The scone was for a friend, they really enjoyed it (it smelled and looked good) and last the pear Danish was for my boyfriend. I stole a bite and that was the star of the show! Amazing Danish. I will return again to try other items in the future.

Everything here is great. My favorites are the macrons and either the savory or twice-baked almond croissants. This is a take your meal and go place, there isn't a lot of seating in the bakery.

Bakery Nouveau is an absolute Seattle and Seattle area bakery! I am so fortunate to live in West Seattle and have a location next to me! The staff is always really nice and they all provide excellent customer service and they are always upbeat from my experience. The space at the West Seattle location is kind of small and the line can get long, so sometimes they have you line up outside. The space feels very much like a cozy traditional bakery/cafe. I enjoy the decor of the space. The food is absolutely delicious! I love their desserts, which are totally premium quality! They also sell sandwiches and bread, but I have only ever had their desserts. They sell coffee as well for a little pick me up! My favorite desserts are the tiramisu and the mocha chocolate cheesecake. Both of those items are incredible. My wife enjoys the pistachio cake that they make. I also enjoy the Paczki that they make. Paczki is a polish donut. They don’t always have it on regular basis, but when they do, it’s amazing! Overall, I highly recommend Bakery Nouveau if your looking to satisfy your dessert craving, or if you’re just looking for some coffee or lunch type of food!

I love a cute bakery. The service was decent here and the atmosphere very very cute. Ultimately we just felt the taste and texture of all three things we ordered was just a little bit off. The turkey croissant sandwich so so mustardy, the chicken salad croissant extremely sweet, and the strawberry mini slice was good but was very sweet and the bottom was so hard it was impossible to get your fork into it. Maybe too frozen/cold? We enjoyed our breakfast but if you're like a fancy baker connoisseur I'm not sure this is your stop. However i would try different stuff because the croissant texture was great and that can be hard to get right. It also cost us like $40 for those three items as well but that's kinda Seattle standard

Croissants are probably in my top 3 favorite foods so I knew I had to go here on our trip to Seattle! We LOVED it. We got probably 7-8 different pastries/croissants and all were amazing. The employees were SO kind to my young family and gave us a free bag of cookies as we left. Can’t wait to go back!

I love this bakery. I've come here a few times and gotten different things. The pastries and food are decadent and light. They taste fresh and are genuinely worth trying. It's a really small and quaint place, it can be cramped when busy but I think it's cozy. Definitely give this place a try if you want a fresh tasting treat.

Friendly and helpful staff and tasty pastries and strong coffee I would say this is a grab and go type of place. The line is pretty long though it moves fast. While there are tables inside, it does get pretty loud Took me some time to find it as I couldn’t see the sign with the name outside Took me a while to find it though as I could

This is a very special bakery with so many delicious options, it’s almost impossible to choose. We focused on the croissant case and tried the twice baked almond, twice baked chocolate, the onion and mushroom, the junction (like a baked breakfast croissant with egg, cheese, bacon). We also got a quiche Lorraine which was silky interior with a delicate crust. The Junction and quiche were our favorites with the onion mushroom croissant a close runner up. Our only disappointment was their drip coffee. They serve it with ice cold milk which made the coffee lukewarm. :-( Brazilian cafes have thermos filled with hot milk - wish we would have that catch on here. We will definitely return to try some of the cakes, bread and chocolates.
